The company was founded by managing director Scott Dale in 1994 and incorporated into Multipipe in 1996. Scott has 45+ years experience in the civil construction industry having worked with Melbourne’s key water and gas authorities prior to their privatisation. Over the years, Scott and the team have created a results-oriented culture, growing the company from a small home based business into a leader within the civil construction industry.
